  즉 통찰력의 판단이 승패를 가린다.

  The judgment of
insight obscures the difference between victory and defeat.

  싸우지 않고도 비교 계산해보면 이기지 못할자는 이길 확율이
적고 이길수있는 확율이 많은자는 이길수 있게된다.

  Even if you do not
compete, you can calculate your chance of winning or losing and it will become
true.

  사전에 모든 준비가 되어있지 않거나 확실한 승산이 없는 투쟁은
절대로 해서는 않된다.

  If you are not
ready or if you calculate that you cannot win then you better not compete.

  그러므로 이길수있는 투쟁만을 하여야 하며 새로운 사업을 시작하려면
우선 자신있게 성공 할수있는 확율을 얻을수 있는지 조사, 비교, 검토하고
난 다음에 판단하는 신중한 전략이 필요하다.

  You should only compete
based on your judgment.This even applies to your
business. You must have confidence, research, compare and review to obtain a
serious judgment and develop a plan for your success.
